11. The summary of new thesis’s results: 

- The thesis provides a relatively huge document about the medical socialization - related issues in Vietnam.

- The research result of the thesis adds to the understanding of the Communist Party of Vietnam's views and guidelines on the medical socialization as well as the Party’s leadership in implementing the medical socialization from 1993 to 2015.

- The thesis can be used as a reference for agencies and individuals who study and teach the history of the Vietnamese Communist Party, the revolutionary lines of the Vietnamese Communist Party, Public health, Health economics ... The  thesis’s conclusions are also the references for agencies and individuals consulting about formulating the guidelines and policies of health as well as contributing to improve the knowledge for health workers in order to well implement the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State in the new situation.

12. Ability of practical application:

The thesis can be used as a reference for agencies and individuals who study and teach the history of the Party, Public health, Health economics. At the same time, it contributes to the improvement of knowledge for the health workers to implement effectively policies and guidelines of the Party and the State on medical socialization as well as implementing successfully the construction and protection the socialist fatherland in new condition.
