 11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

This is a monograph in Vietnamese legal science at the level of doctoral dissertation that studies in a systematic manner the subject of the accused in the CPL. The following is a new contribution to the department. study of thesis:

- The thesis clarifies the concept of prosecution, the subject of the charge in the criminal procedure; Comparing the function and task of the subject of the charge against the function, duty of the debtor and the subject of the trial in the CPL; classifying the subject of the charge and activity of the subject of the charge in the CPL; study the provisions on alleged subjects in the CPR models of some countries that represent the typical legal traditions in the world and point to the values ​​that can be applied in Vietnam; Analyze the formation and development of regulations on alleged subjects in the history of the PLA in Vietnam since 1945.

- The dissertation analyzes and evaluates adequately and systematically the regulations on the subject of incriminating offenses in the current Vietnam Judicial Procedure, the actual situation of applying these regulations in Vietnam, pointing out advantages and results. as well as violations and limitations in the practical application of the provisions on the subject of the charge and the causes of such violations.

- The thesis argues, clarifies the requirements for the improvement of the law on the subject of the prosecution, and proposes and recommends the improvement of provisions on the subject of prosecution in the CPL and solutions to improve the effectiveness of the law. in Vietnam.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The results of the study and proposals and proposals in the dissertation will serve as a basis for the finalization of the regulations on the subject of prosecution in the PLA in the direction of overcoming shortcomings and limitations in the current law, Designing regulations on the subject of reasonable accusation, according to the general trend of countries in the world, in accordance with specific conditions of Vietnam. The results of the thesis also provide the basis for solutions to increase the responsibility of the accused subject, improve the quality and effectiveness of crime prevention and protection and human rights protection in the CPR.

The solutions proposed by the thesis are based on a scientific and practical basis and therefore have a practical reference value for criminal lawmakers in the process of research and finalization of the PLA. with the staff doing practical work in understanding and implementing the provisions of the law on the subject of the charge. At the same time, the dissertation will be a valuable reference in research and teaching on the concept of the PLWS in law-training institutions as well as in law-training institutions. Police, Courts and Courts are useful documents for those who are interested in this matter.
