11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

- Clarifying some theoretical issues about   thinking and reasoning capacity and improving thinking and reasoning capacity of the leaders and managers in general and of those at provincial level in particular.

- The thesis analyzes and interprets philosophically the causes and problems arising from the situation of improving the thinking and reasoning capacity of the provincial-level leaders and managers in Dak Lak, then proposes a number of opinions and solutions of consultative values for the authorities at all levels in order to improve the quality and operational efficiency of the leaders and managers in general and those at the provincial level in particular.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

- Research results of the thesis offer consultative values for the Party and government levels when issuing guidelines,  policies and laws in building cadres, meeting the requirements of the process of accelerating industrialization, modernization and international integration.

- The thesis can also be used as a reference in teaching, studying issues related to  thinking and reasoning.

The thesis can continue to expand the scope of research such as: "Enhancing the thinking and reasoning capacity of the leaders and managers at provincial level in Vietnam" or "Enhancing the thinking and reasoning capacity of leaders and managers in Vietnam”.
