11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

Synthesis and investigation properties of the precursor solutions and thin films of CuO and ZnO-based.

Fabrication of thin film transistor with CuO thin film.

Synthesis thin film electrode ITO and LNO by spin-coating method.

Fabrication heterojunction solar cell by using CuO and ZnO:Al thin films

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The research results initially opened a new direction in using simple and inexpensive technologies to create suitable electronic devices.

13. Further research directions, if any

- For thin-film transistors, replace the traditional dielectric SiO2 by high dielectric constants materials such as HfO2 or Al2O3. In addition, the contact between electrode layer and semiconductor oxide channel also needs to be Ohmic contact.

- For solar cell structure made from semiconductor oxide by spin-coating method, contact layer between electrode layers and p-n transition also needs to Ohmic contact. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and control a work function for the layers of LNO and ITO electrodes.

- Evaluate quality and repeatability of each electronic component, in order to integrate in logic electronic circuits, towards manufacturing curved display devices
