11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, i) To clarify more relevant theoretical issues about the tectonic state, sustainable development and the role of the tectonic state in economic development; ii) Contribute to the development of a new research direction in political science in general, Politics in particular about the State to create sustainable development or the role of the current state to create sustainable development and in future; Accordingly, the state not only creates social development (in a broad sense), especially economic development as studied up to now, but also creates sustainable development (the problem is still widespread and deeper, new and more difficult); iii) In the theoretical aspect, the thesis clarifies for the first time: The concept of the State to create sustainable development, Characteristics of the State to create sustainable development, The role of the State to create sustainable development including the modes (channels) of the state's impact and the criteria for assessing that impact on the social development to create sustainable development in Vietnam; iv) Therefore, clarify the basic characteristics (expressed in functions, tasks and modes of operation) of the State for sustainable development in Vietnam in particular.

Second, i) Based on the theoretical basis, the evaluation criteria established in the theoretical part, the thesis first assesses the current situation (results, limitations and problems) in the implementation of the role of government authorities in sustainable development in Ha Tinh today (as a case study); ii) From Ha Tinh's reality to find out the connections, suggestive to Vietnam (to the whole country); iii) These connections, suggestions and orientations are implemented logically of advantages and opportunities, difficulties and challenges, barriers and directions to remove to form a tectonic state for sustainable development. in Ha Tinh province in particular and in Vietnam in general.

Thirdly, i) Define clear and feasible viewpoints and solutions (on awareness, institutions and resources) to effectively implement the role of the State's sustainable development in Ha Tinh province. in particular, in Vietnam in general nowadays and in the coming years; ii) Perspectives and solutions present not only immediate problems and measures, but also viewpoints and visions that combine theory and reality, theory and practice for the implementation of one of the long-term and fundamental tasks on building the State for sustainable development in Vietnam.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The research results of the thesis contribute to the development of theories of the constructivist state for development and the sustainable development of the state from the perspective of political science, especially Politics in Vietnam today; can be used as reference in research, teaching and learning related to the tectonic state of development and the constructivist state of sustainable development, etc. in scientific research and teaching institutions in Vietnam.

The dissertation's research results contribute to providing theoretical and practical arguments for the formulation, completion and effective implementation of the Party and State's policies and policies on the State for sustainable development. stable in Vietnam in general and in localities (including Ha Tinh province) in particular.
