- Clarifying some basic objective and subjective factors affecting the Vietnamese working class structure in the period of accelerating national industrialization and modernization.

- Analyzing the current situation, changing trends and the problems posed to some basic types of Vietnamese working class structure in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country.

- Propose a number of solutions in order to rationalize the Vietnamese working class structure in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

- Provide a number of scientific arguments with reference value in the process of building and planning policies related to working-class development and rationalizing the working class structure in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country.

 - The thesis can be used as a reference for researching and teaching the contents related to the working class and the Vietnamese working class structure.
