11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, the thesis has systematized quite rich documents directly related to the leadership process of human resource development in Dong Nai province.

Secondly, the thesis has described and restored the leadership of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee on human resource development through the two periods 1996-2005 and 2006-2015 relatively fully. In particular, the period of 2006-2015 is more developed than that of 1996-2005.

Thirdly, the thesis has evaluated 3 advantages, 3 limitations and explained the reasons associated with local practice. Since then, the thesis has also drawn 3 valuable lessons for reference in the leadership of human resource development of the Party Committee of Dong Nai province from 1996 to 2015.

- The thesis provides readers with a relatively complete and systematic reference material on the process of the Dong Nai Party Committee leading human resource development from 1996 to 2015.

- The research results of the thesis can be used as a reference for all levels of Party committees in Dong Nai province in the process of leading human resource development. At the same time, The research results of the thesis also contribute more materials for teaching, learning and researching the history of the Party Committee of Dong Nai province.
