11.Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

In theoretical terms: The thesis is a specialized scientific work on Vietnamese drama written on the historical topic of the period 1945 - 1985 from the perspective of artistic thinking and genre characteristics: the thesis clarifies concepts related to artistic thinking, especially dramatic thinking; explain the characteristics of the drama genre, particularly the literary script; explain different interpretations and approaches to history, historical themes in drama, and tendencies to write a work on historical themes.

In practical terms: The thesis adds a new perspective and research on historical drama in particular and dramatic literature in general; At the same time, it also points out the issues that are often mentioned when it comes to works written on historical topics such as: truthfulness and fiction, and trends to approach historical materials. In addition, the study also points out the characteristics of drama written on historical topics through elements of conflict, action and language in drama scripts written on historical topics in the period 1945 - 1985. Since then, the thesis has given appropriate and objective views and assessments of the relationship between literature and history - society in its development stages.

12. Practical applicability:

Make references for learning activities, research and teaching literature in high schools or professional schools in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities; supplementing materials to promote the reconstruction of high-value plays, helping the youth access to historical dramas to have a better understanding of cultural - social - historical issues of Vietnam in the years after the August Revolution, 1945 to before the country's Doi Moi period (period 1945-1985).
