11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, the dissertation explains and indicates the theoretical basis to improve the law on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level, identifies the concept and legal features of the part-time-basis cadres at the commune level, the criteria for evaluating the enhancement and affecting factors on the law on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level in Vietnam recently.

Secondly, the research assesses the current legal situation and legislation on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level Vietnam and points out the advantages, disadvantages, and causes of the limitations.

Thirdly, the thesis indicates the need of legal regulations on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level in Vietnam, suggests future orientation and proposes a solution system to improve the law on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level in Vietnam.

Fourthly, the thesis indicates the trending requirement of the regulation of the law on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level in Vietnam, suggests future orientation solutions to improve the law on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level in Vietnam.

Therefore, it can be affirmed that the research is the first systematic and in-depth study of Vietnamese laws on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level up till now that may supplement and improve the scientific knowledge system on research topics, consolidate theoretical, legal and practical foundations for the completion of Vietnamese laws on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level in the near future.

12. Practical applicability (if any):

- Concerning theoretical significance: The thesis contributes to supplement, clarify and reinforce a number of theoretical issues about part-time-basis cadres at the commune level and laws on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level.

- Practical significance: The research results stemming from the theory and practice of the thesis can be a reference in the process of formulating and completing policies, guidelines, policies, laws, regulations, charter, etc., that related to CLPC. This can be the reference document for the study of part-time-basis cadres at the commune level and the laws on part-time-basis cadres at the commune level in Vietnam.
