11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, the thesis systematizes theory of women's political rights and political rights, political basis and juridical for implementing the women's political rights in Vietnam

Secondly, the thesis analyzes the characteristics, roles, content, actors and factors affecting to implementing the women's political rights in Vietnam.

Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the real situation about implementing political rights of women in Vietnam, evaluate the results, limitations and causes of those results and limitations.

Fourthly, the thesis proposes views and solutions to implementing the women's political rights in Vietnam today.

12. Practical applicability: The research results of dissertation can be used as a reference in the study and teaching of women's rights, political rights, gender equality in politics. In addition, the results mentioned in the thesis can be refer to making policies on gender equality in politics in Vietnam.
