11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis
1) The author’s thesis shows a new approach in completing law on teachers in the context of building the legal state and international integration in the consideration of the important role and position of teachers as well as the specific features of teaching career; generalizing the indispensable and objective requirements of the completion of the law on teachers in order to respond to the objective of root and comprehensive innovation of Vietnam’s education.
2) The thesis introduces the concept of law on teachers, analyzing the characteristics of the law on teachers and at the same time clarifying the role of the law on teachers. Beside the common roles, law on teachers is the important legal basis to develop the teaching staff to respond to the requirement of education development, aiming at using legal system in state management of teachers as well as enhancing the supervisory role of society for the professional activities of teachers.
