11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
Synthesis of hydrogel-polymer absorbing water based on starch graft acrylic acid (polymer S)research capacity swelling of the polymer in terms of soil pH (from 3-9), survey adsorption capacity and release of zinc. Have determined the adsorption capacity of up to about 400g/g, adsorption capacity of zinc is about 14mg /g.
Research on the nature and composition elements of rice husk, EDX spectrum of rice husk confirmed the presence of somes elements: O, C, Si, N, P, K and micronutrients Cu, Zn, Fe... in that about 11% silicon.
Research hydrolyzed rice husks in glass liquid for synthetic NaX zeolite. Husk hydrolysis in the alkaline environment has reduced levels of alkaline liquid in the glass, increasing levels of silicon, cellulose hydrolysis short circuit - is the template, organic additives for the synthesis of zeolites help in soft conditions. Aging time of 18 hours, 12 hours at 800C crystallization. Survey ion exchange capacity of zeolites: zinc exchange between 16mg/g, potassium 20mg/g and good adsorption NPK.
Research hydrolyzed husk, agricultural wastes resources by H3PO4 solution, the product is cellulose hydrolysis is the short circuit (polymer X), short circuit protein, organic NPK, organic silicon, micronutrients... are easily absorbed nutrients, essential for plant growth.
Making of two additive system zeolite-polymer X (ZX) and zeolite-polymer XS (ZXS). Using this two-factor additive to maize in the pot experiment. Both additives are capable of holding moisture and provides nutrients to help plants survive in the early stages of development, seed germination rate of 96.5% high, tree height better development. Additives prolong ZX withered leaves 6 days, additives ZXS prolonged wilting leaves 9 days compared with control.
Testing of zeolite-polymer additives in the garden of experimental maize. The results showed that the zeolite-polymer additive system works to provide nutrition and soil improvement: Increase 40% CEC, OC 25%, without changing the pH of soil, humidity is maintained at a high level (29-36%). Promote the growth and development of plants: seed germination rate, plant height and development of good grain yield increased from 32 to 34 quintals per hectare compared with the control sample.
Quality of corn grain was assessed by amino acid composition: The zeolite-polymer additive systems capable of providing and regulating the nutrients, increasing the absorptive capacity of the plant, reducing the absorption of direct zinc from the soil to avoid poisoning the plants when high levels of zinc in soil. M4 formula no materials, plant uptake of zinc in soils directly, have expressed poisoning, high levels of zinc in the seeds 57.25 mg/kg, at the same time, reduce levels of some amino acids: histidin, cysteine, prolin. VL4 formula under the regulation of additives, amino acid content in the samples did not change, nuclear zinc 22.25 mg/kg.
