11. Summary of the new fidings of the thesis
With the viewpoint of systematic approach, historical approach and comparative approach, the thesis has reached the arguments, justifications for the management issue of the teaching and learning process in credit-systemat universities Vietnam at present time. The new fidings of the thesis achieved as follows:
1/ Analyzing the concepts of tools, from which the approach of management the teaching and learning process of credit-systemat universities can be established;
2/ Researching the characteristics, the specific requirements of of credit-systemand a number of factors affecting teaching and learning process in this training method;
3/ Establishing the theoretical basis of management the teaching and learning process in line with the characteristics of credit-system form in manner of implementing the management functions associated with all elements and stages of the teaching and learning process. The thesis also demonstrates that in the first stage of transition to apply the credit form, it is necessary to apply the management arguments on change to determine the appropriate transition roadmap in order to implement the teaching and learning process of credit-systemat universities in line with developmental stages and conditions of each university;
4/ Analyzing, reviewing the actual status on recognition and the management of the elements of teaching and learning process of credit-system, at the same time identifying some common barriers when transiting to apply this form of education.
5/ Proposing measures to manage the teaching and learning process credit-system at universities in Vietnam, at the present time, including: Raising awareness of teaching and learning in form of credit; Ensuring the conditions to implement the teaching and learning process of credit-system; Establishing a transition schedule that can suit conditions, characteristics of each university; Deploying comprehensively the management function when managing the components of teaching and learning process matching with characteristics of credit-system; Fostering the self-learning capacity for students to meet the requirements of this form of education;
6/ Surveying and assessing on the necessity and feasibility of measures and initial experiments to assess the effects on the management of subject syllabus as a management tool for teaching activities in credit-system as well as ability to use the subject syllabus as a tool to increase the autonomy and responsibility of learners in this form when deploying teaching a subject; the experience shows that in the process of teaching and learning in credit-system, the management of subject syllabus contributes to raising awareness and initiative sense in learning and self-learning capacity of students;
7/ Research results showed that the application of measures of management the process of teaching and learning synchronic and thoroughly to adapt to the characteristics of credit-system at university will remove barriers and increase the force during the transition to apply the credit form, contribute tosuccessfullyimplement training methods in this form at universitiesin Vietnamat the present time.
The research results convey theoretical, practical meanings and sense of news.
12. Practical application
The achieved research results are capable ofpracticalapplicationin directing the deploymentof teaching process in accordance with the requirements of credit-system at universitiesof Vietnam; especially at the present time. The contentsof the thesiscanbe used asreferencesfortrainingmanagers,in generaland lecturers, in particular of universities which are implementing the credit-system trainingcourses and contribute to the implementationof the policy of the educational sector and the government, as well.
13. Further research directions
The research resultsofthe thesis suggestseveralpossibilities, and following research direction onapplication ofmanagement functionsand change management  theory into the managementprocessof teaching andlearningin credit-system form ineach stage of deploying this form, especially the issue of innovation of learning methodsin theteachingprocesswhen deployingthoroughlystudytherequirementsofcredit-system training inthe specific conditionsand circumstances.
