11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- Firstly, the thesis clarified the important impact factors and some major policies of the Provincial Communist Party Committee about mission in propaganda with people in Ha Tay province.

- Secondly, this thesis demonstrated systematically policies by the Ha Tay Provincial Communist Party Committee as well as the process in practice of the propaganda with people mission during period 1991 - 2008.

- Thirdly, the thesis also classified all weakness and strength points of the Ha Tay Provincial Communist Party Committee for the time doing propaganda with people.

- All and all, the thesis helped us to demonstrate some experience lessons to contribute to mission of propaganda with people from the Ha Tay province case study.

12. Practical applicability:

After finished, the thesis could be used as reference document providing for Communist Party Committee in provincial level to develop the propaganda with people mission. Besides this, the thesis also could be the material for researches about history of Ha Tay Communist Party Committee, especially during the period: 1991-2008.

- Figure out Vietnam’s Party policy about the propaganda with people mission in Renovation Period (Doi Moi).
