11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

The thesis is a comprehensive and systematic research about theoretical and practical issues concerning criminal responsibility for juvenile offenders in Vietnam’s criminal law. It is the first monograph research in Vietnamese criminal law science regarding to penal criminal responsibility for juvenile offenders in Vietnam’s Criminal Law, which is expressed as follows:

- To systematize and evaluate the overview of the expression and development of views on criminal liability of juvenile offenders in criminal and domestic law sciences;

- Formulating a theoretical basis, a theoretical framework for criminal liability for juvenile offenders, which sheds light on the theoretical perceptions of criminal responsibility for juvenile offenders;

- Evaluate in a comprehensive and profound aspect the contents of criminal responsibility for juvenile offenders in Vietnam's criminal law on the basis of analyzing the actual legal provisions, for historical projection, comparative law; Practical assessment of practices applies provisions on criminal liability to juvenile offenders in the Criminal Code and identifies the causes of limitations in the application of these regulations;

- On the basis of the above research results, the thesis achieved the most important results: proposing to improve the 2015 Criminal Code on criminal liability for juvenile offenders and giving prizes. ensuring the enforcement of Vietnam's criminal law provisions on criminal liability for juvenile offenders.

12. Practical applicability:

- The content and findings of the thesis can be used as reference document for criminal law improvement, in the practical application of law, in the work of teaching, studying on Vietnam’s educational institutions of criminal law and researching on criminal responsibility for juvenile offenders in Vietnam’s criminal law.

- The thesis and recommendations of the Dissertation have practical significance for the implementation and completion of criminal law on criminal liability for criminal offenses for juvenile offenders and improving the effectiveness of pressure. use rules in practice.
