- Systematize the research related to the quality accreditation policy; quality assurance system; the impact of education quality accreditation policy on quality assurance system

- Systematize the education quality accreditation policies on quality assurance system from starting to the present.

- Systematize the system of elemental definition on education quality, quality assurance system…

- Examine the quality assurance system within Vietnamese universities and the weak points.

- Examine and analyze the effects of education quality accreditation policy on quality assurance system within Vietnamese universities.

- Propose solutions to promote positive effects of education quality accreditation policy on quality assurance system within Vietnamese universities.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

Practical applicability for Ministry of Education and Training, this dissertation will be the reference to complete the policies in order to guide the universities to develop the internal quality assurance system. Practical applicability for education institution, this dissertation will be the reference source to perfect the internal quality assurance system in order to construct university quality culture.
