The MOU includes Cooperation in science and technology research; cooperation in science and technology application, consultancy, production and business activities and Cooperation in training.

The cooperation is as following details.

Cooperation in science and technology research: Proposing and organizing scientific research projects at the State, Ministry and Science and Technology levels with localities, with foreign partners, in the fields of functions and tasks of the two units to solve requirements of production practices; coordinate with each other in implementing scientific research projects.

Cooperation in science and technology application, consultancy and production and business activities:

Firstly, coordinate the implementation of experiments, experiments and application of research results in specific areas implemented by the two parties; solve technical problems arising in the process of implementing the projects of both parties;

Secondly, cooperating in searching, participating in bidding and organizing the implementation of projects with foreign elements, projects managed by ministries, branches and localities from different sources of capital;

Thirdly, cooperating in the mobilization of each other's equipment systems in implementing experimental and production activities.

Cooperation in training: The two sides coordinate and support each other in organizing undergraduate and postgraduate training, experimenters, accreditors, supervisory and training consultants on topics, spectrum turn scientific and technological information, thematic classes to use new processes, norms, update new technology standards, project management classes in the fields of functions and duties of both parties, can:

First, the school appoints lecturers to participate in training programs when the Institute needs

Second, the school recruits and introduces high quality human resources and graduates when the Institute needs it

Third, the Institute receives students from the school to visit and practice according to the training program when the University needs

Lastly, the Institute appoints staff to teach, guest lectures, specialized reports at training courses, according to the invitation of the University.
