11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

Firstly, the thesis synthesizes and systematizes the theory on the operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and renews the content and mode of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi today.

Second, the thesis analyzes and clarifies the current status of innovation in content and mode of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi, specifying the achieved results, limitations and causes of the situation and identify problems need to be solved.

Thirdly, the thesis builds a system of solutions to innovate the content and mode of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi to adapt to the characteristics of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi today.

Fourth, on the basis of analyzing the current situation and the problems posed to the reform of the content and mode of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi today. The thesis proposes a number of solutions that can be applied in the practice of building socio-political organizations of Hanoi in particular and the political system in Vietnam in general to continue to renovate the content and mode of operation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in effectively.
