11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

The thesis has systematized concepts and theories related to agricultural restructuring; clarified the theoretical and practical basis of agricultural restructuring: determining the approach to restructuring in the context of integration; stating the need for restructuring; and identifying impact factors.

- The thesis analyzed and evaluated the agricultural restructuring processes of various countries around the world in order to draw some lessons that can be applied in Vietnam's circumstances.

- The thesis evaluated agricultural restructuring in Vietnam, identified important factors influencing agricultural restructuring success and failure in the context of integration, and proposed orientations and solutions.

12. Practical applicability: The thesis is a good source of documents and a reference for macro-management agencies; international economic research and teaching; economic development; agricultural economy; regional and international linkages and integration in Vietnam's agricultural sector.

13. Further research directions: Assessment of agricultural restructuring in Vietnam, attracting FDI in agricultural development, and conducting research on the value chain of Vietnamese agricultural products.
