11. Summary of thesis:
The results of this thesis contributes to supplement theories on psychological characteristics of youth, in general and of 12-grade Vietnamese students, in particularly when choosing a career.
This research result indicates that the quality of choosing career is affected much by awareness, negative attitude, and passive behaviour of 12-grade students. Also this research shows that one of reasons affecting students’ inactive attitude is not good quality of vocational guidance in school. Vocational guidance is not well-organized, small, formalistic. It is not adequate to the role and position of vocational guidance for youth. Besieds, other reasons are vocational guidacen in family as well as effect of labour market fluctuation.
The resulf to experimental research proves that the efficiency of career consultancy for students in senior secondary schools.
In conclusion, the result of theoretic and experimental research have enriched researches on vocational guidance psychology – a new area in Vietnam.
12. Research’s application ability:
Theoretic contents of this thesis can be used as an important reference for “Vocational guidance” teachers in senior secondary schools. Especially, one part of thesis’s content are applied in teaching Vocational guidance psychology in University of social sciences and humanities, and Vocational guidance and consultancy in university of education, VNU Hanoi. 
The feasibility of the model “consultancy room” for senior secondary school students is hight when it is applied in Tran Nhan Tong senior secondary school, Hanoi from 2008 to 2009. This model can be applied at larger scale it it is researched and developed.
13. Follow-up researching approach:
            Continue researching and improving the model of vocational consultancy for senior secondary school students in particularly, and for youth in general.
