11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis::

- The Thesis provides the theoretical and practical basis of international relations of Vietnam Muslim community through clarifying the characteristics and role of Islam in all fields of social life, especially in the international relationship; analyzing the Islam-related foreign policies of Vietnam and Islamic countries.

- The Thesis clarifies the current status of international relations of Vietnam Muslim community in the 2 areas densely inhabited by Muslims including Southeast Asia and the Middle East – North Africa.

- From the research results, the Thesis has made comments on comments and judgments by analyzing the impact of the international relations of Vietnam Muslim community on the political and social fields, pointing out the challenges to international relations of Vietnam Muslim community. On that basis, the Thesis provides the policy recommendations related to the international relations of Vietnam Muslim community on the aspects of religious relations and State management.

- The Thesis provides additional theoretical basis for the analysis of international relations of the religious non-state actors, contributing to supplementing more arguments in Vietnam's foreign policy making in general, religious foreign policy in particular.

12. Practical applicability:

- The Thesis suggests some highly feasible solutions to help the relevant agencies improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the international relations of religious organizations as well as in the state management of religion in Vietnam in the current context of international integration.

- The Thesis contributes to systematizing and updating the documents on international relations of the Muslim community in the world and in Vietnam; and will be a reference source for training and research on international relations, especially for those who are concerned about non-traditional security, and religion in international relations.

13. Further research directions:

Continue to study international relations of the Vietnam Muslim community and expand research on international relations of religious organizations in Vietnam.
