11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

The thesis presented the fundamental knowledge of competition, competitive strategies, and innovations in designing competitive strategies in an internationally-integrated world, which is considered as a pressure on innovations of designing the competitive strategies.

The thesis succeeded in studying and evaluating the current situation of the process of designing competitive strategies for mobile network providers by conducting two surveys:

+ Survey on current performance of competitive strategies in Vinaphone in comparison with that in Mobifone and Viettel;

+ Survey on how the company designs competitive strategies.

- Based on the goverment’s policies, resolutions and evaluation of the business context, the Thesis idetified the competitive trends and drivers of mobile network providing. Added with analysis and evaluation of collected data, the Thesis offers recommendations in order to innovate the process of designing competitive strategies of the mobile network provider.
