11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

The dissertation has systematized and clarified some of the basic theories of quality management and application to quality management in the National defense and security education Centers. In particular, the thesis introduces the concept of management, quality, quality management, and the national defense and security Centers.

Another side, through the study of quality management models in education and training, the thesis demonstrates the suitability of the AUN-QA model for quality management in the National defense and security education Centers. Specially, the thesis specify contents and operation of quality management in the National defense and security education Centers approach to the AUN-QA.

The author analyzes the quality management in the National defense and security education Centers approach to the AUN-QA based on the secondary and primary data systems. The thesis shows the status of contents and operation of quality management and how quality assessment is performed. From that, the thesis evaluates the achievements and limitations, explores the causes of quality management limitation of quality management in the National defense and security education Centers.

The thesis proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of quality management in the National defense and security education Centers approach to the AUN-QA model in the coming time. In addition, the thesis also successfully tested the quality management solutions to meet the training objectives in the National Defense and Security Education Centers.

The research results will be a useful source of information for managers of the National defense and security education Centers, applying quality management practices for sustainable development of them in the future.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The results of this thesis can be applied in the National Defense and Security Education Centers in Vietnam. At present, that Centers do not pay attention to the quality management and the quality in here is limited in many aspects. All solutions can be implemented and bring positive results in all National Defense and Security Education Centers
