11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The dissertation has systematized the research on capacity approach, human resource development;

- The dissertation has clarified requirements and content of development the managers of High Schools in terms of capacity;

- The dissertation has analyzed and assesses the current status of the managers of High Schools in the North West mountainous provinces;

- The dissertation has piloted and validated one solution "Renew the management of training the managers of High Schools in the North West mountainous provinces in terms of capacity”. The results confirm urgency and relevance for the northwestern mountainous provinces.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The research results can be applied in the management work in High Schools in the North West mountainous provinces in particular, throughout the country in general.

13. Further research directions, if any: The author will continue to study more specifically the criteria in the capacity framework in accordance with the managers of High Schools in the North West mountainous provinces to build a complete capacity framework.
