- The thesis analyzes the progress of Vietnamese children's poetry from 1986 to the present in terms of themes, main inspirations, and unique creative features in the poetic expression art. Since then, the thesis clarifies the achievements of children's poetry and affirms its position in the historical development of modern Vietnamese literature and national literature.

- The thesis can be used as a reference in the study, research, and teaching of children's poetry in particular and children's literature in general at universities and colleges.
