11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis
The thesis conceptualizes the term of “foreign-related educational institutions”; describes the state management of foreign-related educational institutions at provincial level; set out the criteria to evaluate the educational policies in managing foreign-related educational institutions in Vietnam; generalizes current issues in state management of foreign-related educational institutions at provincial level in Vietnam in educational respect, from which measures are proposed to enhance the management structure, policy system and human resource quality of the state educational management apparatus for foreign-related educational institutions in order to solve the pressing issues in state management of the institutions at provincial level. By dealing with these issues, the aim to enhancing the state management of foreign-related educational institution at provincial level in the coming time.
