11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, the results of the thesis systematized theoretical bases on entrepreneur, cost of failure, decision to re-startup a business, motivation to re-startup a business, startup awareness, the relationship between cost failure, motivation, start-up awareness and decision to re-startup a business of Vietnamese entrepreneurs.

Second, the research on the current status of  re-startup of Vietnamese businessmen. It gives a general picture of the current status of re-startup a business of Vietnamese entrepreneurs, challenges and difficulties for entrepreneurs who want to re-startup a business.

Thirdly, the thesis builds the model and scales of costs of failure, motivation, awareness after failure affect to the decision of re-startup a business of Vietnamese entrepreneurs, and the factors affecting to the relationship.

Fourthly, the results of the thesis show the impact of each factor of failure cost, motivation to re-startup a business, awareness after failure to the entrepreneur's decision to re-startup.

Fifth, based on the findings of the study, the thesis proposes some suggestions to entrepreneurs and competent authorities.

12. Practical applicability:

- Provide a good portfolio of failed entrepreneurs and the men who want to become entrepreneurs are ready to start up.

- Research results indicate that failure business can be viewed as a valuable source of experience for entrepreneurs. Thus, research has a practical implication in motivating entrepreneurs.

- Proposing to state management agencies to create the environment and improve some external factors to support the decision to re-startup a business and suggest some solutions for entrepreneurs, motivated and encouraged them to re-startup a business.

13. Further research directions: Based on the results of the study and the limitations indicated, the authors propose the following research directions:

1- Research the influence of culture and traditional perspective on the entrepreneur's decision to re-startup a business.

2- Research the impact of entrepreneurial capacity on the entrepreneur's decision to re-startup a business.
