11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis: The Doctoral Thesis is a professional, specialized, systematic, comprehensive research on the theories, substance and the factual application of the institution of the prosecution in the framework of the Criminal Procedures and Criminal Laws. The Thesis contribute several valuable findings to the study of Criminal Procedures Laws, particularly as follows:

The Thesis constitutes systematically the theoretical concepts, rules, categories on the institution of prosecution in the criminal procedures laws basing on the composition of common knowledge and the specific characters of political, economic, social and legal matters in Vietnam, particularly the mechanism of enforcement of state powers and the organization and operation of justice systems including the functions, competencies of the Prosecutors;

The Thesis analyses and reviews the regulations of the crimial procedures laws of Vietnam on the execution of prosecution rights; appraises the practical exercise of prosecution rights of the Procuracy from 2009 to 2018, then address commentaries about the current regulations of execution of prosecution rights and factual practice of the regulations of execution of prosecution rights in the criminal procedures laws of Vietnam, also clarify the limitations and causations responsible for the limitations of factual execution of prosecution rights. In comparision with earlier published researches, the Thesis has updated, examined the regulations of the Criminal Procedures Code 2015 on the execution of prosecution rights and the factual exercise of the regulations on the execution of the prosecution rights up to 2018;

The Thesis addressed and examined the background, causations for improving the current regulations on the execution of prosecution rights; proposed several recommendations to refine the current regulations about execution of prosecution rights in the Criminal Procedures Code 2015; posed some suggestions to enhance the practical exercise of prosecution rights.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The findings of the Thesis could be utilized and cited in the study and research of legal studies institutions and/or academies; and considered as a useful reference resource for relevant state authorities in the activities of making policy, laws in the field of execution of prosecution rights in Vietnam; the Thesis also might be used as a reference material for prosecutors in exercising prosecution rights in criminal procedures, as well as for law students in legal studies universities, specially the Hanoi Procuracy University and the School of Prosecution Skills in Ho Chi Minh city.

13. Further research directions, if any: Research on the structural framework for execution of prosecution rights and the regulations of prosecution rights in Vietnam in order to sucessfully realize the justice reform process.
