- Systematize awareness of opportunities and the Party’s policies to realize opportunities in the resistance war against the French colonialists (1945-1954).

- Contribute to clarify the process of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh directing the implementation of opportunities in the resistance war against French colonial invasion.

- Analyze advantages and limitations and draw experiences from the Party’s leadership in implementing opportunities in the resistance war against the French colonialists.

- Contribute to clarify the reasons for the victory of the resistance war against the French colonial invasion (1945-1954).
