11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

11.1. In theory

The thesis constructs the theory of fostering and managing the fostering activities of English teachers at high schools under the requirements of reality.

Contributing to the theory of fostering and managing the fostering activities in terms of innovation.

11.2. In practice

With methods of research, observations and analysis of the reality, the thesis studies the overall management of fostering activities of English teachers according to competence development approach; identifies the shortcomings and specifies the causes leading to limitations in the management of fostering.

Based on the theoretical and practical analysis, the thesis proposes solutions to managing the fostering activities of English teachers according to competence development approach.

12. Practical applicability

Those solutions ensure the systematic, synchronous, feasible and appropriate manner for participants, improve their capability and professional development; and are the foundations for pedagogic schools and high schools and management levels to renovate their fostering to meet the requirements of human resource training in the context of fundamentally and comprehensively changing current education.
