11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

- Combined treatment of nitrate and phosphate in water by Fe0 nano has effective attenuation not much than nitrate and phosphate treatment separately. This study found the optimal conditions for treating N and P in water by Fe0 nano

- Fe0 nano has been applied to test the efficiency of N and P treatment in wastewater from Hanoi brewery to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT (Column A), National technical regulation on industrial wastewater, meeting the requirements under Decision No. 28/2017/QĐ-UBND December 5, 2017 of Hung Yen People's Committee

12. Paratical applicability, if any:

- This study explained more clearly the mechanism of combining nitrate and phosphate treatment by Fe0 nano, and also contributed to the approach of new research in the treatment of nitrate and phosphate

- The data obtained may open a new direction for improving the efficiency of N and P treatment in the wastewater of factories to meet the requirements of treated wastewater must meet Class A standards of total N and P according to QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT, National technical regulation on industrial wastewater.

- The results of the project contribute to the research, teaching and application of new technologies in the treatment of environmental pollution.

13. Further research directions, if any

- The synthetic method of Fe0 nano needs to continue research especially on an industrial scale in order to create materials that can be commercialized, convenient for their application in environmental treatment.

- It is necessary to have research on application of Fe0 nano in environmental treatment of pilot for order to have a basis for calculating economic efficiency.

- Continuing to study, test and apply Fe0 nano to treat other wastewater sources to maximum exploitation the use of Fe0 nano in environmental treatment.
