11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

- Firstly, the thesis has systemized the typicals of Ho Chi Minh’s working style, and has explained the characteristics of Ho Chi Minh’s working style through his writings, speeches and activities during the leadership of the Vietnamese revolution.

- Secondly, the thesis has analyzed and evaluated the situation of medical practitioners from 2016 (The Political Ministry issued Directive 05-CT/TW) to the present.

- Thirdly, the thesis set out the issues raised for building the working style of medical practitioners in Vietnam today.

- Fourthly, based on the analysis of the current situation and problems for the working style of medical practitioners in Vietnam, the thesis proposes a number of basic solutions to build the working style of medical practitioners in Vietnam today following the Ho Chi Minh’s style.

12. Practical applicability

- The research results of the thesis can be used as a reference for the research and teaching of Ho Chi Minh's specialty, political theory subjects, humanities social sciences is related to working styles.
