- Contributing to supplementing a new research direction, developing theoretical issues on the nature of democracy, the democratic state, the democratic nature of the state, the rule of law state and building the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam.

- Contributing to defining specifically the content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the democratic nature of the state.

- The first step is to explain the meaning of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the nature of the State in building the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today.

The thesis can be used as a reference for the study, research and teaching of scientific socialism and some other social sciences.
