11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis
Firstly, the thesis deeply and comprehensively systematizes the main contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the use of cadres.
Secondly, the researcher objectively assesses the actual situation of the use of cadres; identifes a number of problems posed in the use of cadres in Viet Nam currently.
Thirdly, the thesis proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of the use of cadres in our country in current context according to Ho Chi Minh's thought.
12. Practical applicability
The research results of the thesis will provide scientific theory for improving the quality of political education in universities - colleges; for individuals and organizations specialized in personnel work.
The solutions suggested make great contribution to improve the quality of cadre employment in our country nowadays.
