11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis: In theory: The thesis has made a general observation of the historical study on moral education, on a moral education model and on an educational administration model in Vietnam and in foreign countries. Consequently, a concrete observation of conceptions and theoretical views on educational administration in general and moral education administration in particular can be made so as to build up theoretical foundations on a moral education administration model for pedagogical students. In practice: Pointed out practical morality, moral education and moral education administration, a moral education administration model for the students at the present teacher’s colleges ;Made analyses on and comparisons between the characteristics of the administrative model of moral education for current pedagogical students compared with a former model. The thesis has also built up the principles for measures selection and suggested a system of 8 measures in implementing a students’ moral education administration model in view of meeting the needs of basic and all-round innovation in Vietnam’s universities.
12. Practical applicability: This dissertation can be applied to the construction and perfection of moral education administration models for Vietnamese university students.
13. Further research directions:  A reference material based on the basis of this thesis may be used by university administrators, educators and instructors as grounds for moral education and moral education administration.
