VNU Vietnam-Japan University discusses the establishing of a Japanese language centre in Southeast Asia.
On March 2 and 3, 2015 at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), the Management Board of Vietnam-Japan University (VJU) had a working session with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Waseda University and Tackushoku University on teaching Japanese at VNU VJU and the proposal for establishing a Japanese language centre in Southeast Asia. (09/03/2015)

Following the success in building the genome of a Vietnamese individual announced in early 2014, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Sĩ Vinh and his colleagues from VNU University of Engineering and Technology published the results of building and analyzing the genomes of 3 members of a Vietnamese family in an SCI journal early this year, 2015. (02/03/2015)

VNU University of Technology won the chance to the world final contest ACM / ICPC 2015.
In the qualifying ACM/ICPC Asia round at Jakarta, Indonesia held from December 4 to December 6, the VNU University of Technology Java# team won the chance to the final round of the global ACM/ICPC 2015 that is expected to be held in April 5, 2015 in Morocco. (19/12/2014)
