11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

- The thesis initially clarified the notion of people's intellectual level, improving the people's intellectual level and Ho Chi Minh's thought about improving people's intellectual standards.

- The thesis systematically studied the contents of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on improving people's intellectual level, including the objectives of improving the people's intellectual level, conditions for improving people's intellectual level, subjects and objects to improving people's intellectual level, contents of improving people's intellectual level and measures to improving people's intellectual standards. This is a system of overall, comprehensive viewpoints, serving as specific instructions for the current Party, State and People’s policy on improving people’s intellectual standards.

- Based on the analysis of the current status of applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on improving people's intellectual level at the current period and the issues identified, the thesis has proposed feasible solutions to effectively apply. Ho Chi Minh’s thought on improving people's intellectual level, contributing importantly to improve the quality of human resources, promoting the development of the country.
