- The thesis systematizes the basic contents in Ho Chi Minh's thought about building the personality of leading cadres; theories about building the personality of leading cadres today.

- The thesis sets out requirements as well as solutions to build the personality of leading cadres in the context of international integration in Vietnam today according to Ho Chi Minh’s thought.

The research results of the thesis can be used as a reference in the process of completing the selection, training and retraining of leaders; in research and teaching related theoretical issues in the field of Politics, Ho Chi Minh studies or Psychology at school.
