VNU establishes cooperation with RMIT Vietnam

In the afternoon of April 10, 2013, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyễn Kim Sơn – VNU Vice President had a meeting with Prof.Dr. Joyce Kirk – President of RMIT Vietnam.
At the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyễn Kim Sơn hoped to promote some cooperation activities with RMIT Vietnam in research and training, namely staff/expert exchange for VNU’s training programs in English; cooperation in training of information technology, computer science, electronics, business administration; or inviting professors and lecturers from RMIT Vietnam to give lecture and talk to VNU’s students, through which VNU would expand the cooperative relationship with RMIT, not only RMIT Vietnam but also RMIT Australia.
Prof.Dr. Joyce Kirk expressed her pleasure with the potential cooperation with VNU and suggested that the two sides should cooperate in doing research and develop the appropriate joint training programs. She committed to create the most favorable conditions for the exchange of staff, experts and scientists in order to promote the cooperation and strengthen the mutual development between the two universities.
