11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The thesis has clarified the concept of Ho Chi Minh cultural diplomacy, analysis base formation and the basic content of Ho Chi Minh cultural diplomacy.

- Evaluating the current situation of manipulating cultural diplomacy in Vietnam today: achievements, constraints and their causes; analysis of the impact factors and determining new requirements set for the manipulation of Ho Chi Minh cultural diplomacy in the process of international integration.

- Analysis of the Party's viewpoints and the contents of Ho Chi Minh cultural diplomacy are manipulated into developing Vietnam’s cultural diplomacy and proposing the solutions to improve the quality of manipulating Ho Chi Minh cultural diplomacy into developing Vietnam's cultural diplomacy in the international integration process.

12. Practical applicability: The thesis can become reference material for studies related to cultural diplomacy and Ho Chi Minh cultural diplomacy.
