12. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

The dissertation seeks to systematize the policies of Vietnamese Communist Party in the fighting against FULRO in the Tay Nguyen/Central Highlands from 1975 to 1992.

Revisiting the struggle to solve the FULRO issued in the Tay Nguyen contributes to theoretical and practical significances. The research results of the thesis also raise experiences in the cause of the development and the defense in Central Highlands at present.

13. Practical applicability:

- The thesis contributes to provide scientific arguments in the fight against FULRO in the Central Highlands; Summarizing the achievements and limitations from which to draw lessons to be used in the current construction and defense of the country in the Central Highlands.

- The results of the thesis contribute to useful materials for teaching, studying and researching the history of the local Party in the Doi Moi period.
