Prof. Jean-Louis Vernet is a teacher, scientist of many famous universities in France and Europe. He has contributed to the creation of cooperative programs to help Vietnam in developing scientific research and personnel training quality. In 1995, on the basis of proposals of the Professor and the University of South Toulon-Var, the Organization of Francophone AUF University has launched training programs in French BA in the department of Chemistry and Physics at the university of Natural Science , VNU. Prof. Jean-Louis Vernet also actively proposes and directs implementation of cooperation projects and training in international programs at the Department of Chemistry as the project "Training Masters Organic materials and nano-structured sustainability "and the project" Training in Chemistry Bachelor of level 2 with "links between the university of Natural Science and the University of South Toulon-Var. Besides, Prof. Jean-Louis Vernet has proposed a direct and perform a variety of topics and projects of scientific research cooperation with Vietnam, funded by the French Republic.
