11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

Based on general assessments, the postgraduate found the issues that need to research, solve, and the orientations of thesis. Clarifying and explaining theoretical issues about state power, controlling state power, and the controlling the implementation of state power of the provincial people's committee. Determining the research axis in the direction of analyzing the control modes associated with controlled subjects. Assessing the current law and practice of controlling the implementation of state power of the provincial people's committee in our country today, although there are successes, it still has many shortcomings and overlaps. Therefore, the PhD student proposes some pespectives and solutions to control the implementation of state power of the provincial people's committee so that the exercise of this power is in accordance with the Constitution and laws; achieve its goals and efficiency; guarantee for human rights and citizenship.
