- Analyzing and clarifying the characteristics of the research information system at the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

- Analyzing and evaluating the current status of the research information system at the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

- - Recommending the model and solutions to promote the research information system of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences by modern technology infrastructure solutions and applying the software system.

This time, the model of coordination center - members and researcher’s profiles have been applied at the Information Center - Library, Hanoi University of Home Affairs (36 Xuan La, Tay Ho, Hanoi). This system consists of connecting 3 locations: Hanoi, Quang Nam campus and Ho Chi Minh City campus.

Researching further and perfect the model of a coordination center - a member with smart modern utilities - increasing automation and data synchronization principles to inherit results and optimize processes from the operation to the output information products and services of the system towards to optimization oriented for all members of the system: the management group, the operational management group, and the end-users.
