Summary of the new findings of the thesis: Contributing to systematizing the major policy and the direction of Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization to build the Party grassroots organizations of communes, wards and townships from 2005 to 2015. Analyzing the current status of the establishment of the Party grassroots organizations of communes, wards and townships from 2005 to 2015, pointing out advantages and limitations, highlighting some experiences of Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization in leading the establishment of the Party grassroots organizations of communes, wards and towns in the above period.

12. Practical applicability: The thesis has drawn valuable experiences to summarize reality, suggesting issues that need to be applied in the process of building grassroots organizations of communes, wards and towns in the coming time more effectively. The research results of the thesis can contribute more references to the teaching, studying and researching the history of Dong Nai Party Organization in general, the work of building the Party of Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization in particular, in the renovation process.
