Attending the seminar are nearly 300 students from Faculty Assembly 2010 who are currently enrolled in the "strategic task" training programs At the seminar, Prof.Dr. Donald R. Sahly has shared with the students the experience, orientation and other essentials for themselves and the lessons learned in the process of maturing and assuming the role as leader. Prof. Dr. Donald R. Sahly has made the review criteria, analyzed the qualities required of the leaders, managers of such as style, capability, creative dynamism, courage, daring dare to think, self-responsibility, dare to sacrifice (pay) and especially ethical issues in leadership, from the elements to make capable and reputed management leader of the modern social. Also at the meeting, Prof. Dr. Donald R. Sahly has also taken the time to answer direct questions from the students around the subject “leadership and management” Dr. Donald R. Sahly is studying Education with years of experience in the field of Education and Training, more than 40 years of senior management experience in secondary schools, colleges and universities in the United States and some Asian countries. From 2002 to present, Dr. Donald Dean has continuously been from Southwestern Adventist University, Texas and Griggs University, Maryland.
